The Moon Shades, a killer tribe who believes in the Moon Temple. They survived by obtaining bounty through assassination missions, and sacrificed blood to the moon god to gain some god power.
In order to express their belief in the Moon God, they will create many ornaments and equipment with Moon God runes.
